CANCELLATION more than 7 days
Cancellations more than (7) days prior to the commencement of a service will be entitled to 100% refund.
CANCELLATION within 7 days
Cancellations within (7) days of the commencement of a service will receive no refund. In the event that someone chooses to pay on the day, this will be deemed as a debt owing and will fall due on the date of the tour. All costs incurred in recovery will be added to the amount.
CANCELLATION OF SERVICE
If for any reason a cruise is cancelled (eg: bad weather or vessel break down), Cronulla Whale Watching will provide a full refund for you to rebook online for another day. Alternatively you may request a Gift Voucher for the same value.
CHECK IN DEADLINE
Please ensure you arrive 15mins prior to departure to ensure adequate time for check-in. This is a scheduled service and will not be held for any passenger. Cronulla Whale Watching will not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss or damage a passenger may suffer as a result of being late.
NO WHALE OR DOLPHIN SIGHTING POLICY
Should no Whales or Dolphin be sighted on your tour you will receive a single complimentary voucher with Cronulla Whale Watching. Your free single voucher will be valid until 31 October 2024. The voucher can only be used by the passenger on the original tour. If no whales sighted on the complementary trip, no further vouchers will be issued.
